  • Apply her practical ABC Framework for healthier, more effective resolution

 

Rochelle is a PhD candidate and author of Work Shouldn’t Hurt. Her work equips leaders with practical tools they can apply immediately to reduce employee complaints and mitigate the risk of costly workplace disputes.
